An important activity in our study of government will be our visit the State House on Wednesday April 16th. We will be exercising our 1st amendment rights as well as being tourists. Our class will be dropping off copies of our green initiative and stopping by the offices of our [Waltham MA] State Senator and Representatives. We need some extra adults for this exciting visit. Please RSVP by email or phone to Norah or Dan. We will be traveling on public transportation so some students and their parents may chose to meet us at the State House, which is a short walk from Part Street Station.
In other news,Norah will return to part time status, effective today. The 4th grade will be her focus for most of the the three days/week she will be in school. She will be working on science, government and art projects and assisting in instruction as needed.
